Lady Elliot Island Accommodation comes in four varieties. These start at the tent cabin level and range through reef units, garden units and island suites. Lady Elliot Island Resort lies on a coral cay at the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef. It is noted for its dive quality and water clarity. Divers will experience some of the best diving on the reef. Most divers will experience swimming with one of the magnificent manta rays that inhabit the area. The island is a bird sanctuary and many species of oceanic birds migrate here to breed.
